what kiran being admin you are asking us :)) :)) :)) Upload ur image in http://www.uploadhouse.com and copy the URL link of BB,Message Boards (probably 4th one link) and paste and submit

Ensure that the image works with the PIXEL size set by the ADMIN. Use imageshack.us which has a option to resize the image to fit the forum and host multiple images simultaneously. :)
